Our first edition of the Jerry Goldsmith Awards Festival has come to an end.
After a first part held on Friday, November 2 at the church of San Lorenzo in Úbeda, city that was witness to the birth of the awards, all the statuettes were presented for the eight categories that conformed this XIII Jerry Goldsmith Awards, but still were missing the icing on the cake. Among all winners in Úbeda, it was necessary to designate the winner of the “big” prize, our Golden Jerry Goldsmith Award.
On November 14, in the city of Los Angeles, during the Hollywood Music In Media Awards gala, David Doncel (CEO of Film Music Festival) and Fernando Fernandez (Jerry Goldsmith Awards Coordinator) presented the Golden Jerry Goldsmith Award to Carlos Rafael Rivera, who had already collected his award in Úbeda, as winner at “Best Score for TV and Web Series” category, for his excellent work for Netflix series “Godless“.
